In the dog days of Summer, Can-Am unveils a trio of new wheeled products for the 2025 lineup. In a lump sum of information, Can-Am introduced the highly anticipated 2025 Can-Am Pulse and Origin electric motorcycles, the 2025 Maverick R Max four-door side-by-side ATV, and the 2025 Can-Am Canyon three-wheeler. Each vehicle caters to enhance and amplify an outdoor adventure, whether carving through rugged trails, enjoying the open road, or rallying with the crew in hot pursuit of the horizon.

Ride Lightning with the new Can-Am Pulse and Origin Electric Motorcycles

The highly anticipated electric two-wheelers from Can-Am are finally here! The Can-Am Pulse and Origin electric motorcycles offer riders a cutting-edge opportunity to enjoy zero-emission thrills on streets or trails.

Starting with the 2025 Can-Am Pulse, this electric street motorcycle features the Rotax E-Power unit, consisting of an 11-kW Rotex electric motor powered by a 9-kWh liquid-cooled battery pack to develop 47 horsepower and 53 pound-feet of torque. Using a silent chain to drive the wheels, this powertrain propels the Can-Am Pulse from zero to 60 in 3.8 seconds. The estimated range for the Can-Am Pulse is 100 miles in the city or 80 miles combined per charge.

Both electric bikes come with a 6.6 kW charger and Level 1 and 2 charging capabilities. Can-Am claims a Level 2 charger can refill the battery from 20 to 80 percent in 50 minutes. This e-bike is suited for zipping around the hustle and bustle of urban terrain. It even offers Apple CarPlay connectivity with four different ride modes: Normal, Eco, Rain, and Sport+ with a reverse function.

The 2025 Can-Am Origin electric motorcycle is a dual-sport model. It uses the same Rotex E-Power as the Can-Am Pulse, an 11-kW Rotax electric motor powered and 9-kWh liquid-cooled battery pack developing 47 horsepower and 53 pound-feet of torque. The battery range is slightly lower on the Origin compared to the Pulse, with a city range of 90 miles and 71 miles combined. Acceleration is also marginally lower, sprinting from zero to 60 in 4.3 seconds. This e-dual sport motorcycle lives for varying terrains with long-travel suspension (nearly double compared to the Pulse), larger-diameter wheels, dual-sport tires, and two extra riding modes: Off-Road and Off-Road+.

New 2025 Can-Am Canyon Rugged Three-Wheeler

The Canyon is a new addition to the Can-AmCan-Am’s three-wheeler lineup, holding the title of the most off-road capable three-wheeler to wear the Can-Am name – yet. It combines the practical stability of a three-wheel motorcycle with the rugged capability of an ATV or side-by-side. In terms of size, the Canyon stands about the same dimensions as the Spyder and Ryker models. However, the Canyon boasts a more rigid design to announce its off-road nature with a tall stance and aggressive fairing.

The 2025 Can-Am Canyon is powered by a Rotax ACE 1,330cc inline-three-cylinder engine producing 115 horsepower and 96 pound-feet of torque. It’s managed by a six-speed semi-automatic transmission with paddle shifters and a reverse gear. Brembo disc brakes with ABS allow the rider to drop anchor in a hurry when needed with standard stability and traction control. All models ride on two 16-inch wheels up front and a 15-inch wheel in the rear, wrapped in XPS Adventure tires.

It offers 6.3 inches of ground clearance with up to 10.2 inches of suspension travel at the front and 9.2 inches at the rear to handle varying terrains. It rolls on all-road wheels with enduro anti-slip foot pegs and a handlebar riser for better control and comfort. A 10.25-inch screen with Apple CarPlay connectivity manages the controls. For all-terrain adventures, the Canyon is capable of carrying up to 650 pounds with a max towing capacity of 400 pounds.

2025 Can-Am Maverick R Max Debuts with Room for Four

The new 2025 Can-Am Maverick R Max answers the call of ATV buyers who want to share the all-terrain thrills of the Maverick with more than just one passenger. Available in four trim levels, the R Max stands 34 inches longer than its two-seater sibling at 172.5 inches and 460 pounds heavier.

However, the extra room comes with plenty of power to move it, a 999cc turbocharged three-cylinder engine producing 240 horsepower, motivated by a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Can-Am claims the Maverick R Max has a 40 percent shorter low-gear ratio to give it extra bite when you punch the throttle.
